You will want to be able to explore three health related impacts specific to your chosen SDOH. Each impact that you explore will include the implication to community health nursing. You are exploring the impact this SDOH has on populations, specific or otherwise, and the implications the impacts have on Community Health Nursing. Your introduction should include three points (3 impacts) that you will further explore in three body paragraphs. Introduce the exploration of community-nursing implications that will occur in the body of your paper.
The body of the paper will be well-developed paragraphs that explore the points you stated in your introduction. Each impact will have an implication for the practice of a CHN, also clearly explored in your writing.
Finally, in your conclusion, you will restate your SDOH, points to explain its importance and how there are implications for community nursing. It is important for nurses to be able to use “evidence to influence policy and practice,” which is why you will be required to correctly and effectively integrate evidence from the assigned readings (Advocacy, 2016) .
