how to make audience see the perspective from Achebe more?

it is an argument write essay.
I need a thesis for the essay. (like a question) like how to make audience see the perspective from Achebe more? this is just an example, I am not sure. and please let me know.
I want to agree with Achebe’s point that conrad is a racist and this literature shouldn’t be agreed and people shouldn’t be reading it and think it is ok.
one of my argument towards Achebe is I think he is personal to coward and that might put the audience off and I think he should criticize the work more professionally.I have written something and I hope you used it in the essay.
In his brief critique titled An Image of Africa: Racism in Conrad’s Heart of Darkness, Chinua Achebe views the representations in Conrad’s work as degrading and dehumanizing to black people and a misrepresentation of the African continent. Achebe bases his argument on Conrad’s novel about the story of a white man’s journey through the Congo to find one Mr. Kurtz. He states that the depictions, especially Conrad’s obsession with blackness and the primitive nature of the natives which depict Africa as the antithesis of the western civilized. To Achebe, Conrad is constantly comparing images between Congo and England, and he concludes that Africans are savages and are not worthy of interacting with the civilized world as he writes, “Heart of Darkness projects the image of Africa as “the other world,” the antithesis of Europe and therefore of civilization, a place where man’s vaunted intelligence and refinement are finally mocked by triumphant beastiality” (Achebe, 2).
Though I agree with Achebe’s objection to racism and the depicting of Africans as savages and uncivilized, I view Achebe’s critique as very personal as he wrote, “Whatever Conrad’s problems were, you might say he is now safely dead quite true. Unfortunately, his heart of darkness still plagues us still” (Achebe 7), and as a respected scholar, he should have risen above the historical background of racism and try to view Conrad’s work from different perspectives.
I want the part that I agree with Conrad as well.
