In Week 4, you created your Group Project Plan and began working on your common goal. This week, you’ll analyze and reflect on the collaborative process.
Criteria for Success: In this assignment, you will:
Provide clear and comprehensive documentation of the common measurable goal the team has completed.
Describe team process, including each person’s role and responsibilities and how these were established.
Identify collaborative tools (or potential tools used) and explain how they supported (or would support) work towards a common goal, with specific examples.
Describe 2–3 effective collaborative approaches and how they were used by the group to accomplish the team’s goal, including concrete examples.
Describe challenges and opportunities for improvement in collaborative teamwork, including specific examples.

You will use what you learned in those chapters to help you complete this assignment.

Steps to complete: In Week 6, complete and submit your assignment in BlackBoard using the following steps:
STEP 1: Document your progress and outcome of the common goal your team worked together on. This can be in the form of a picture, document, or other evidence of meeting the goal you set.

STEP 3: Upload the completed document to the Assignment 3 link in Week 6 of Blackboard.

Professor Brazil here and in this two minute video and going to cover how to complete assignment three. The breakdown. Remember, assignment three is your reflection from assignment two – your group project. You’re going to document your progress in the outcome of the common team goal with a picture or some kind of documented evidence that you worked on this project with your group. Two, you’re going to download and complete the template. So this reflection on collaborative strategies in meeting a common goal template is what you will complete and submit along with your documented evidence. Filling out the reflection template. One, you’re going to provide that evidence, as I mentioned before, of your goal completion or collaboration, you can either include copy and paste this onto the template, or you can submit it separately as well. Two, you’re going to describe the team process. Who are the people in your group? What were their roles and responsibilities and how were these established? Three, you’re going to want to identify those effective collaborative tools or potential tools that could have helped. And then also explain how they supported or could further support your work towards achieving that common goal. And make sure that you provide specific examples. Some examples of effective collaborative tools are Zoom, Google Docs, Microsoft Teams, etc. There’s a lot of different tools out there. Four, describe two to three effective collaborative approaches and how they were used by the group to accomplish the team’s goal. Include concrete example. So one example here could be time management strategies that you used to stay on task. Five, describe challenges and opportunities for improvement in collaborative teamwork and again, include those specific examples. So what challenges did you face?
